Christmas

My roommates and I decorated for Christmas this past week. I think it turned out really good! I also finally put up curtains in the kitchen and in my bedroom. I love the warm, peaceful spirit that is in my home.

I have wonderful friends and family! I am very humbled by the out pouring love and support I have been shown. So many loved ones have been more than willing to fast and pray for me and it's been very humbling. I can't thank you all enough. I have always had a hard time believing that I have friends and people who care about me. And once again, the Lord has shown me that I need to have a little more faith in Him and people. You all have been so unbelievably supportive and loving. I couldn't possibly go through this without it. I still haven't found a job, but I have peace and the reassurance that I will and that everything will work out. Thank you all again for your constant love and more importantly friendship.

Asking for help

I wasn't sure if I was going to post this, but at this point, I need all the help I can get. I was layed off from my job this past Wednesday. My company has been doing lay-offs for the past 2 years so I'm pretty lucky that I was able to last as long as I did. I am having a really hard time trying to understand why this and so many other things are happening in my life right now. But I am trying to have faith in the Lord and trust in Him.
If anyone would be willing to pray and fast this Sunday that I am able to get a job, it would mean more to me than you will ever know. I am completely humbled and in awe by the out pouring love and support that I have already been shown. I have been blessed with the most wonderful family and friends and I can't thank you all enough.
